All underpinning quotes are free except under the following circumstances where a $220 fee will be incurred:

If you are getting a quote for underpinning as part of your pre-purchase inspection and/or due diligence.
If the property owner unable to attend site to meet our estimator

The $220 price is fully refundable if you proceed with works.

In most cases, all that is required is an onsite meeting with the client to assess the areas that require repair. Raise My House are regularly quoting for this type of work and can usually make appointments to attend site within the week.
