Originally established in 2008 before being officially branded as Raise My House® in 2010, we are a small, yet highly enthusiastic and reputable construction company built on strong ethics with a client first approach.
We are a family owned and operated business who have raised well over 1200 houses in our lifetime, and are still overseen by the founding director, Callan Donghi. Although our growth has increased rapidly in recent years, at Raise My House® we still believe that maintaining a relatively small and specialised team is the key to a successful project and customer satisfaction.
The QBCC license number is 1173055, and is registered to the parent company Steadfast Constructions (QLD) PTY LTD. Our successful record can be viewed on the QBSA Website. Raise My House’s parent company, Steadfast Constructions (QLD) Pty Ltd is the name that we used in our early years of operation. However, as our focus moved from general construction to house raising and re-stumping, we now trade as Raise My House® and are continually trying to build brand name and awareness. We are fully insured and are members of the Master Builders Association (Lic. 63827). We work with and recommend a number of local Brisbane & Ipswich based builders who can assist you with building services that compliment your house raise or restumping project.
Raise My House® service most areas including Brisbane, Northside, Southside and the Western suburbs and even Ipswich. We have raised several flood-affected homes to lift them to safer levels. We also carry out work in the older inner suburbs of Brisbane that contain many old Queenslander homes. Please ask if you would like to see first hand some of our completed work.
It is our strong belief that our company is only as good as the team we employ, and over the years we have built and maintained a team who collectivley now have over 60 years of experience in raising houses. In the modern day we now have the largest house raise and restumping team in Queensland and continually raise over 150 houses every year, whilst providing restumping services and maintenance to hunrededs more. We work with some of Queenslande’s finest builders and like to think that there isn’t much we haven’t seen or come across in the raising and restumping game
